Wishing you every success in your new-found career and your metamorphosis from corporate to creative. Well done you! I will go and check out your new ventures and get back to you in a day or two. All the best, ~A~
You're a real inspiration! Beautiful writing and stunning photographs. I'm sure your bravery and talent will pay off soon enough. Best of luck with everything.
Thank you, that’s so kind of you to say! Loving this work even at this small scale, so whether or not anything more comes of it I’m already so happy to do this on the side :) all the best to you as well!
This is wonderful, Alexander! Congratulations. I wish you every success with your venture and truly hope it is able to sustain you.
This resonates so deeply with me as I feel exactly the same way: ‘The question on my mind now is whether it could be possible to make this work long term? I have to admit I am scared of the prospect of returning to a corporate career, worried burnout will return and that I will feel my soul withering away again’ 💚
Thank you! There is such a sense of uncertainty and fear, but also of excitement. Hopefully it'll lead somewhere interesting at least, it's already been such a brilliant experience just having a place to write and engage with other writers. Thanks for being here!
Yours is an age-old problem for small-boat sailors and writers. You cannot get paid for what you love to do. It’s the voyage and the merry yarns, not the destination or money. You are off to a great start with a vessel and low expenses, including no rent. Find a harbor you like, drop anchor, and get a job in the town. I waited tables. The job may seem menial, but the camaraderie of fellow workers is exactly what you need when living alone.

Thank you! It'll be a journey, but so far it's been a very rewarding and enjoyable one. Thank you for your wonderful support!

'Get a real job'. ❤️ You are jumping in boots and all despite not figuring it all out first - a great example of how to do something with soul.
Thank you for the words of support Fi, it means a lot! It's always scary to take leap after leap into the unknown, not knowing where it'll land.
